The assignment includes market study and development of a five year business plan. The study will include technical and breeding program advisory, equity and debt structuring and solicitation, as well as, financial plan.

TRC to provide advisory services to the development of a complete Marketing, Printing and Graphic Design business unit to one of Egypt’s premier entrepreneurs. The project covers initially market study and business plan preparation and is intended to grow into Company start up support and project management.

M&A Advisory

TRC to advise on the reorganization and business packaging of an aviation service provider in the Middle East for marketing to potential investors. The project includes marketing and soliciting investors as well with potential sell-side advisory.
